What is a vegan raw cake?
A vegan cake contains no animal products. We replace the eggs, butter and cream of a classic cake with plant ingredients: cashews and coconut milk give creaminess, and almonds, hazelnuts and dates make the base. The cakes are not baked — they set in the fridge or freezer, so they keep the fresh taste of fruit and berries.
How vegan cakes replace eggs, milk and butter
- Instead of cream — a cashew and coconut milk cream.
- Instead of butter — coconut oil (for creamy cakes) or agar (for light, jelly-like cakes).
- Instead of flour and eggs — ground nuts, dates and green buckwheat.
- Instead of refined sugar — dates, bananas, raisins, fruit and berries; agave syrup in some cakes.

A 1 kg cake (about 16 cm) costs from 45 €; you can also order a 1.5–3 kg cake for more guests. Please order at least 2 days in advance. We deliver in Riga, Jūrmala, Mārupe and the Riga region (from 8.95 €), or you can pick up your cake free of charge at Lāčplēša iela 35, Riga. Keep the cake in the fridge for up to 4 days.
